We had a great turnout for tryouts on 13Jul and 15Jul!! Impressive. If your questions were not all answered or if you still have questions, please email Chris Rice. Important things to remember:
AOSC practice times/fees. IF YOU ARE NEW, you must attend a tryout before registering.
1) ALL new ASC swimmers will be required to register online (this website-also referred to as Team Unify/TU) . Please register for the group the coach indicated after during tryouts. Your position on ASC will be secure once you register. You will be required to pay 50% of the team dues for your practice group. The remaining balance will be billed to your TU account. Details below/also included in the registration process.
2) All new ASC swimmers will also be required to pay the Arundel Olympic Swim Center (AOSC) fees or North County Aquatic Center-GB (depending on your practice location). Once the NCAC-GB is open, you will be notified.
2) If you attended tryouts and decided you will not be participating in meets but want your swimmer to practice, you will not be a member of the Annapolis Swim Club and you will need to register with Anne Arundel County Parks/Rec. REGARDLESS OF YOUR DECISION TO BE ON ASC-all swimmers must register with AACo Parks/Recs
Once you register online with ASC, you will begin to receive emails regarding team information/important dates.
A new parent meeting will be held in September.
